OK.. so i broke my left handed 7 iron last year and now im trying to replace it. the problem is i dont want a 7 iron… i want a hybrid but there are all these kinds to choose from like degree loft and head type… can someone point me out on what kind of club i should get thatll shoot like my old 7 iron. Can I Put Grip Tape On The Golf Club Shaft?
To all my fellow golfers,
I have recently abandoned my habit to pull only my lob wedge around the greens, and have instead focused on learning to perfect the simple bump and run with all clubs in my bag.
However, I’ve ran into a bit of a snag. As the clubs get longer, my hands, when I take my grip, move lower and lower on the grip. Eventually, when I get to, say, my 6 iron, my low hand is no longer on the grip, but on the shaft, and it’s uncomfortable as it feels like my hand will slip. I was wondering if it was within the rules of golf to use some athletic tape to give myself a little extra grip down there.
Is this okay? I don’t play in tournaments or anything, so really it doesn’t really affect me if I would be breaking such a rule, but I like to think that one day…ONE DAY…I might be able to play in some local tournaments so I guess this would be a bit of a prep for that.

How Do You Get A Legitimate Shaft In A Golf Club (not ‘made For’ Whafts)?
If I’m to drop 300 dollars on a Diamana shaft in my driver, how can I ensure it is legitimate and not a crapppy made for shaft. Do I I have to buy directly from Mitsubishi Rayon (or Aldila if I want a RIP) and have it shafted?
